   QUOTATIONS

All quotes submitted by JDC Exec (Pty) Ltd are based on customers requirements and agreements. Any deviation from such will grant JDC Exec (Pty) Ltd the full right to re[1]quote based on the new requirements.
• Any deviations from this will make the quote null and void.
• All quotes submitted are valid for a period of 7 days only and are subject to be revised thereafter.
• Products quoted are based on stock available at time of request. JDC Exec(Pty) Ltd is not liable for stock availability at time of order placement.
• No payments to be done on quotes. All payments are to be made against official invoice.
• Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment proof.
• Samples requested are to be for the customer’s account or unless otherwise agreed

 

ORDERS PLACEMENT

  1. Orders are to be placed against an official invoice with quantities, rates and specifications agreed with customer.
    • Final stock levels can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
    • Artwork to be submitted to JDC Exec (Pty) Ltd according to branding required format.
     All artwork provided to us needs to be in Vector or an additional 4 hours will need to be allocated to convert your artwork to Vector format.
    Vector artwork will be acceptable in the following formats – .pdf (workable PDF), .cdr (Corel Draw), .ai (Adobe Illustrator)
    o If specific pantone colours are required for pad or screen printed products, then these need to be specified at the time of providing us with your artwork. If digital branding is required, then the vector artwork must be correctly supplied to reflect CMYK colours.
    • Any artwork submitted by JDC Exec (Pty) ltd to customers carries a 1 x revision, any other requested revisions will be charged accordingly.
    • All branding requirements to be submitted to JDC Exec (Pty) ltd in writing, no instructions to be received via phone.
    • No order cancellation’s will accepted against branded items as they manufactured specifically for customer. Any other cancellations of products will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25%.
    • Lead times for branding will only apply once artwork has been approved.
    • Urgent orders will be considered to be a rush time and will be charged at a special rate. Cut off dates for artwork approval will be adhered to.

BRANDING ON PRODUCTS

JDC Exec (Pty) ltd will not be held liable for slight changes in the print result which may be due to any of the following. of the texture and/or colour of the item. The nature and detail of the artwork
• Please note that for rush orders; if enough time is not allowed for curing, then provision needs to be made for a poorer print quality.

 

WEBSITE

All work will commence once payment has been received and all relevant information required has been obtained.
• Based on the size and work load of the website lead time will vary.
• After Review of Website has been sent, the client will be given three meetings of an hour each for changes of the website.
• After the 3 review meetings have completed, any additional changes or additions will be automatically charged at our normal hourly rate of R1250 ex vat.
• Once website commencement has taken place, no refund will be available

 

SOCIAL MEDIA

All Social Media Packages are subject to a minimum of a 3 month retainer
• After the 3 month time period, there will be a Review Meeting will take place to adjust plan if needed.
• All Designs for Clients are subject to 3 changes & additions, after that any additional changes or additions will be automatically charged at our normal hourly rate of
R1250 ex vat.
• All designs for retainers will be sent a month in advance as far as possible, clients have a week to send through changes and additions on all designs.

 

PPE

Kindly note that lead times from our supplier & manufactures are outside our control, and may change without warning.
• JDC is well prepared for planned & unplanned electrically cut in South Africa
